Abstract
In the course of this investigation on avian coryza to point out the necessity of adapting vaccination programs for prevention of the disease. For thus purpose two main experiments were studied. I- Seroepidemiological survey on the occurrence of HPG infections in Sharkia province. 1- In the course of this study AGG, HA & AGP antigens were prepared and tested for specifity and reproducibility. a- Prepared antigens proved specific, non defective and reproducible results were also obtained.
