The research aims to know The effectiveness of educational program on developing some basic skills and adaptive behavior for the preparatory stage students in volley ball, and the researcher used the experimental method using the experimental design with two groups (experimental group - control group), using tribal distance measurement, and fundamental research sample included 48 students from the grade two students dead banter secondary school curricula, were randomly partition into two groups, and the researcher used the survey of reference, personal interview, the measure of consensual behavior in question, testing the skill of the ball was being investigated as tools for data collection, the most important result is that the proposed education program has D. statistically positive effect in learning some basic skills for students consensual conduct the preparatory phase of volleyball.
