This research mainly aims at studying the relationship between time management for working and nonworking housewives and marital adjustment. Research Tools The tools (prepared by the researcher) used in this study included the following (a general information form for the sample’s families - time management questionnaire -: marital adjustment questionnaire). Research Results 1- There is a positive correlational relationship between time management dimensions and most of marital adjustment dimensions for working and nonworking housewives. 2- There is a negative correlational relationship between the housewife’s age and the evaluation stage of time management, and positive for some of the marital adjustment dimensions. 3- There is a positive correlational relationship between the number of family members and some time management dimensions (directions – the stage of goal setting and planning) and all dimensions of marital adjustment except for the abilities and personal sides dimension. 4- There is a positive correlational relationship between the family’s monthly income and some time management dimensions (knowledge – directions – implementation and observation stage) and couples’ relation with their relatives dimension for marital adjustment. 5- There are differences of statistical significance between working and nonworking housewives in time management practices dimension at the level of (0.05) in favor of the non working while there are no differences of statistical significance between the working and nonworking in the rest of time management dimensions, and also in the total scores of time management questionnaire as a whole. 6- There aren’t differences of statistical significance between working and nonworking housewives in all dimensions of marriage harmony and also in the total scores of marital adjustment as a whole.
