المستخلص The management of food is considered as a basic approach and method for solving management problems associated with feeding the family particularly in the modern era at all international and local levels. It is the scientific rational way to solve those problems and difficulties in the successive economic and social variables can be prediction , organized thinking and best values are exercised When making decisions about alternatives and available resources , So as to reach the desired balance between the resources available to provide food for the family according to their physical, mental, social and emotional needs. For this reason many countries adopted programs in home economics which contributed thrown their different aspects in solving many problems, increasing awareness towards health and food, raising family’s the economic, cultural level and strengthening values and traditions associated with family life. This may match modern and developing society that works to advance progress in this society. The basic problem facing this research was how to promote awareness of the management of food concerning university female students. The research problem was expressed in the following main question: ”What is effectiveness of a guidance program to develop awareness of management of food among the female students in Mansoura faculty of specific education and its two branches” . |
