Abstract
Flow cytometry is emerging as an important adjuntive technology in the delivery of biological research, further it has been applied, with varying degrees of success, to analyze cell types which are present in samples at very low frequencies. The successful application of flow cytometry in biological and medical research depends as much upon various factors including monoclonal antibody production and laser technology.
