Abstract
The present study represents the first comprehensive ecological and biological detailed work on zooplankton in the coastal watersof Alexandria. The investigated area receives domestic, agriculatural and industrail waste waters from different sources, distributed along the coast of Alexandria. Water temperature, transparency, salinity, PH, alkalinity, dissolved oxygen and dissolved organic matter were measured.
