Abstract
The aim of this work was to investigate the influence of spleen homogenate as a biological substance injected after irradiation to minimize its injurous effects. Female pre-gnant Albino rats, weighing from 80 - 100 gm were used for experimentation and being classified according to type of treatment into the following groups :- 1.Normal control group which was neither irradiated nor injected with spleen homogenate. 2.Injected control group treated only with spleen - homo-genate (0.1g/100 gm body weight)through intraperitioneal injection.
