Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of PMSG administration at mid-luteal stage of the oestrous cycle, before the selection of the dominant follicle, based on follicular dimeter, on the superovulatory response obtained compared with PMSG adminstration on day 10 of oestrous cycle in relation to changes in ovarian characteristics and hormonal profile (p4 and e2)during superovulatory treatment period in friesian cows.
