Abstract

Falafel Is a popular is widely distributed in Egypt, Arab countries and Turkey, but in Egypt it is more than any other country. The Falafel is a delicious food and considered as a complete meal due to its contents. The manual production processes of falafel are exposed it to be contaminated by the hand of labors, flight insects, dust and the manual preparing of frying processes. The manual frying process takes a long time, consequently the frying oil will be decomposed. This decoruposition In frying oil wll1 produce unhealthy falafel and dangerous to be as a human food.
The research project had the following objectives :
1)To investigate the possibility of designing, building and developing a machine that executes all the production processes in one operation .) To test, examine and compute the performance of this machine . 2
3) To examine and test the Falafel product In order to determine the possibility of utilizing this machine commercially.
