Abstract
The work presented in this thesis is concerned with the study of nuclear parameters of energy levels and the properties of gamma-ray transitions in 76Se and 153Eu nuclei resulting from beta decay of the parent radioactive isotopes 76As (26.5 h) and 153Sm (47.5 h) respectively. These nuclei have been selected for the present study from the point of view that they lie in regions of interest concerning their structure. Moreover, there appeared to us many ambiguities in the previously puplished results about these nuclei.
