Abstract
The continuous increase in humane population all over the world, especially in the developing such as Egypt, requires continuous demands for food supply from either plant or animal sources. Raising human standard of living requires continuous increase of animal products such as meat, milk and eggs. As the egg is one of the most preferable animal proteins, a great attention has been paid for egg production from poultry throughout the last few decades.
