Abstract
In this thesis, we investigated the nonlinear ion acoustic waves in a weakly relativistic warm plasma consisting of warm ions with isothermal and nonisothermal electrons using two perturbation methods. i) Reductive perturbation method, and ii) Derivative expansion method. The skeleton of thesis is as following : Chapter one : contains an introduction and survey of the previous work and the motive of the thesis. Chapter two : contains the investigation of nonlinear ion acoustic waves in a weakly relativistic warm plasma with isothermal electrons using the reductive perturbation theory.
