Abstract

The present study deals with the investigation of the influence of ionizing radiation on some physical properties of some polymers. Gamma-rays doses up to 150 KGy and electron beam doses up to 3.0 KGy were used to irradiate the samples. Investigations were carried out mainly, for poly vinylidine fluoride PVDF electrets, Styrene-co-acrylonitrile(SAN) and iodine-doped SAN with different iodine concentrations.
