The Problem: The research project tries to identifying rights of youth who are working in transnational corporations. The Objectives of the Study: 1. Knowing the style and type of work in the light of contemporary world variables. 2 . Knowing the economic and social youth rights, and ways of its protection in transnational corporations. Division of the study: The research is divided into three sections, before these sections there are an introduction. 1. The first section contains three chapters revolve around the theoretical frame of sociology of youth. 2. The second section also contains three chapters; discuss the economic globalization and youth rights protection in the light of domestic and international literatures. 3. The third section came to identifying the units of youth rights in transnational corporations in the scope of the study. Results of the study: 1- The style and type of youth work in the light of contemporary world variables has been identified through out four evidences that affirm the instability of youth social world, resulting in the instability of the social world of the whole society. 2 The study traces the change features of economic and social youth rights in transnational corporations through out fourteen evidences that affirm that most of youth rights were in compulsion to transnational corporations interests and its laws.
