المستخلص
The current research seeks to measuring the effectiveness of the suggested imagination to employ the electronic library services to develop the aspects of knowledge and functionality, and determining the skills of publishing and designing electronic educational documents. The research sample is formed of (58) students from the professional diploma educational Technology department, chosen randomly, and they have been divided into experimental group (30) and controlling group (28). The researcher used an achievement test, a note card as research tools and used the analytic descriptive method to process the theoretical framework, the experimental method to identify the effectiveness of the suggested imagination The research results are there is a statistical signifying difference in level of (0.01) between the average of both experimental and controlling group’s marks in achievement test, a note card for the experimental group.
