This study is to examine the linguistic substrata of the commissioning jurisprudential rules which were devised from Sahih Muslim and the main interest is to focus only on the a Hadith (speeches) of the jurisprudence rules , This study attempts to define linguistic substrata that we can devise the commission jurisprudential rule from any judicial text , The prophetic Hadith didn’t receive or get studies in this field as the Holy Quran. This study there fore wanted to shed light on the prophetic Hadith and to draw the attention of searchers to the importance of linguistic Juristical study .
