المستخلص Target Identifying the effects of training according to genetic variation for MCT1 and its relation with some biochemical variables and the level of physical performance. Conclusions • The players with genetic variation (MCT1-TT) were more present in the research sample by a percent of (81.8 %), while the players with the genetic variation (MCT1-AA) by a percent of (18.2%). • The improvement rates in the biochemical variables related to research varied between (9.46 % - 48.04 %). While the rates of improvement in the level of the physical performance varied between (15.17 % and 8.54 %). Recommendations: • The necessity of counting on genetic variation (MCT1-AA) in the biological selection for juniors in different sports as it is a real indicator to explain the mechanism and indicators of the muscular fatigue for handball players. • Using the tests in the research and utilizing it in the assessment of different aspects of preparation. • Development of curriculum for students and researchers in the field of physical education to correlate with the development in the field of modern technology and genetic engineering. • The necessity to conduct a national project for making a survey of genetics for the whole regions of the country to make a database contain all the genetics that affect the physical performance and to put it in order according to its priority. • To ensure that the results of this study is available for the people responsible for the Egyptian national teams. To put a scientific solution to be in the front. |
