Abstract
In this work we have measured some optical properties of thin evaporated cd se films, the phase change at reflection, the phase change in transmission, the reflectivity and the transmissitivity of thin evaporated cd se films and calculated the optical constants for thin films which have characteristics like bulk and those different from bulk at different wavelengths. We have also studied some structural properties of such films. in chapter i we dealt with the measurements of phase change of light in transmission y for films evaporated.
