Abstract
A number of 1.3.4-thiadiazole derivatives, their N- and S-substituted derivatives as well as corresponding suger hydrazones were synthesized. the structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by the spectral and analytical dat. Some of the synthesized compounds were evaluted for their antimicrobial antifungal activity and showed moderate to high inhibition activities.
