Abstract
At recent days, animal production especially fish culture was taken as a very important factor that solving the proplem of nutritional gap, not only in Egypt , but also allover the world. catfish family especially clarias lazera(syn .c.gariepinuns) was considered as one of the more edible fish in Egypt.
