Self-management skills are considered the most important skills which individual need to perform his work effectively and to establish effective relation- ships with his colleagues at work which all employees need at all recent graduates. 1) Exploring self-management skills (self-esteem, time management, anger management) and their relation to vocational adjustment for teachers. 2) Knowing the impact of gender of teacher, educational stage, teaching, experience years, educational qualification and the interaction between them on self management skills for male and female teachers. Importance of study: 1. The importance of self management in the field of work and specially for the teacher which is the basis of professional development and feeling safety in the professional future in addition to adjustment to work. 2. The importance of vocational adjustment for teacher that helps him in increasing his production and effectiveness and increasing the degree of his work that is reflected on the educational process 3. The study is very rarely according to the knowledge of researcher since there is no Arabic study which studied the relationship between self esteem skills and vocational adjustment and the factors which can be affected by self management skills for teacher Results of the study: 1. There is a significant positive correlation between self management skills (self esteem – anger management- time management) and vocational adjustment for male and female teachers. 2. There are no statistical significant differences between mean scores of male and female teachers on the measure of self-management skills. 3. There are no statistical significant differences between the degrees male and female in the different stages on the measure of self-management skills. 4. There are statistical significant differences between mean scores of male and female with the teaching experience years on the measure of self-management skills. 5. There are no statistical significant differences between mean scores of male and female teachers with various educational rehabilitation on the measure of self-management skills. 6. There are no statistical significant impact for the interaction between gender of teacher, educational stage, teaching experience, and educational rehabilitation on self-management.
