المستخلص
It was the widespread and unlimited Internet not makes the Egyptian state away from the place of illegal activities through the international network. If there is consensus on the responsibility of the owner of false information, but it raises the debate on the obligations of Internet service providers and their responsibilities, particularly in the absence of legal controls in this area. In Egypt is the Electronic Signature Law No.15 of 2004, devoid of any text that addresses this issue. It’s time to intervene and put the legislator legal regulation of responsibility arising from the provision of electronic services. We have offered through our study to only two types of service providers and e: the electronic certification service providers, providers of Internet services.
