Abstract
The rationale for treatment of symptomless left ventricular dusfunction is based on the known poor prognosis for heart faillure. e aim of the work is to determine the effects of ACE-1,started 28 - 48 hours after the onset of MI on ventricular geometry and nction, incidence of ischemia and arrhythmias.
