Abstract
This investigation was carried out in 1973and 1974
growing seasons to study the effect of foliar application with some growth substances ( CCC, Alar at concentrations of 100 and 500 ppm and GA at concentration of 5 ppm) applied at early stage and full bloom on yield and fruit quality of three important seeded grape varieties namely; Roumi Red , Italia and Bez EL Anza The study also included the identification
and the determination of sugars organic acids and amino acids in the berry juice of the three varieties during berry development till harvest date by paper chromatographic analysis.
