Abstract

The present investigation was carried out to follow the pesticide residues (Malathion and Dimethoate as a organophosphoms and Carbaryl and Lannate as a Carbama.tepestici - des) in orange, guava,, tomato a d Moloukhia after application directly and after 7 and 14 days of spraying, The effect of home preparations as washing and technological process as different preservation methods ( sterilization , pasteurization , freezing , addition of sugar to 65% concentration , addition of benzoate to the extracted juice of orange, aava and tomato, freezing and sun drying of Moloukhia leaves were in vestigate.
