Abstract the electrical, magnetic, and thermal properties for different compositions Cooe6Z n0.4 MnXFeZmOxq where ( x =0.0,0.1, 0.2.0.3 0.4, and 0.5) . Samples were prepared, using ceramic technique, pressed into disc form under constant pressure of about 10 ton/cm2 and finally sintered at 1300 OC for four hours. The structure of these ferrites have been confirmed by Xray diffraction. Some physical properties as the intensity ratios, lattice parameter, experimental density, calculated density, and porosity for all composition were investigated. Thermoelectric power have been measured under vacuum t in a wide range of temperature from 60 OC to 290 OC for all compositions. Resistivity have been measured in a wide range of temperature from room temperature , to 300 OC. The dielectric constant and a.c conductivity have been measured as a function of temperature from room temperature to 280 OC for all compositions at constant frequency (1 KHz). The dielectric loss has been measured as a function of a composition at 1 KHz,and at room temperature. The magnetic susecptibility has been measured as a function of a compositions at 3 Oe ,and at room temperature. |
