Abstract
Trauma is the single commonest cause of death for both men and women under forty years of age and of all regional injuries, those of the head and neck are the most common and most important in foreensic practice. Head injuries provide the major contribution to death in assaults, fails and transportation injuries. This study was carried out on all criminaly suspected fatal head injury cases.
