Abstract
In this study a review of literature was made as regards to the anatomy of the male reproductive tract, the physiology of the male reproductive tract, with great emphasis on the hormonal factor and their control of spermatogenesis. Evaluation of the male infertility with detailed discussion of the subject of the aetiology of obstructive aoospermia. Also, the pathological effects of obstruction of vas deferens on the epididymis and testicular structure. Treatment of obstructive azoospermia due to vasoepididymal obstruction by macrosurgical vasoepididymostomy or by microsurgical technique is more controversial and so, the aim of this study was to evaluate the results of using microsurgical vasoepididymostomy in correction of cases of obstructive azoospermia.
