Abstract
The present study was carried on 10 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to the intensive care unit of cardiac department of Tanta University Hospital as well as 12 normal healthy controls with matching age and sex. Aim of our work was to study changes of serum concentration of apolipoprotein A-I and B in acute myocardial infarction.In the light of our results which were fully discussed the following points seemed to be of particular importance : Serum CPK activity was significantly increased when compared with that of the controls.
