Abstract
In various types of inflammation and tisse damage certain serum proteins ” acute phase reactat proteins undergo a striking increase or decrease during the acute phase of the pathological process. amonge these proteins present in high concentrations are the alphal antitrypsin and alpha2 macroglobulin.
