Abstract
Cholecystography is radiographic examination of the biliary system following a d m i n i s t r a t i o n of c o n t r a s t media. It is one of the most valuble a p p l i c a t i o n s of roentgenology i n the examination of biliary system. This procedure is of value i n i d e n t i f i c a t i o n of anatomical, physio’Logical and pathof ogical. condition of the biliary system. Cholecystography is done when clinical findings suggest the presence of cholelithiasis, p a t i e n t s with acute abdomin when c h o l e c y s t i t i s is p a r t of t h e d i f f e - r e n t i a l diagnosis and i n p a t i e n t s with r e c u r r e n t symptoms a f t e r cholecystectomy.
