Abstract
This work was done to evaluate the longrun effects of codiene, diet hyl propoin, ephidrine , meprobamate & a mitriptyline ”addicting drugs” on the biogenic mines; , DA & 5HT ltneurotr a nsmitters, as well afi MA0hctivity .500 rats were chosen for this work of both uexes, 260 were used to detect the suitabl e dose & 240 were divided into , 180 rate which in turn were divided into 5 group ”each group for each drugt1 & later on ertch group waH subdivided into 3 equal subgroups according to the duration of drug inttike 1, 3 & 5 rnmths& to elich oubgroup 4 rut 8 were used an contral.
