Abstract
NasaL obstruction in children and infats is a commoa symptom for a big variety of diseases, either of the nose,and sinuses or respiratory system. In this work the different clsssifications of nasal obstruction was mentioned as well as the methods of examination of a child and infant and how to diagpose the case.We also discuss the role of rhinometery in the quantitative detection of nasal obstruction.methods of treatment were mentioned in short.The effect of nasal obstraction on the child health also disscussed keeping in mind its bad effect , like dimenution of olfactin , facial asymmetry, epistexis
