Abstract
Trichinella spiralis is s t i l l an important parasite of man i n various p a r t s of t h e world, consequently it would be of i n t e r e s t t o study t h e ~arasite from t h e following points of view :- % Determination of t h e minlmal i n f e c t i v e dose. w Determlnatlon of t h e minimal l e t h a l dose and studying t h epathological changes which occur i n t h e i n t e s t i n e of t h e dead animals. w Determination of t h e time taken by t h e infective larvae to be adult. * Determination of t h e a b i l i t y of t h e neoborn, and- t h e e.xcysted i n f e c t i v e l a r v a e to . lnvade t h e i n t a c t skin.
