Abstract
The aim of th e present work is to study the patterns of serum total cholesterol , high and low density lipoprotein oholesterol and their apolipoproteine A1 & B respectively in normal healthy Egyptians in relation to dietitic habita and physical activity to get a more favourable lipoprotein profile and to ameliorate the harmful one produced by physical activity an different types of diets and hence avoid CHD which is more prevelant nowdays.
