The present study was designed to evaluate the protective role of each of vitamin E&Se, vitamin A, vitamin C, and choline and their combination against the harmful effects of aflatoxin in rats. 171 male adult Albino rats, weighing 80-120 g were divided into 9 groups. The experiment was divided into three periods, first one is pretreatment period during which treated groups received vitamins for 15 days, second one is treatment period during which rats’ begin to receive aflatoxin beside vitamins for 45 days, finally withdrawal period (last 15 days) during which aflatoxin removed and each subgroups splitted into two devices first one receive basal diet supplemented with vitamins, while the second one receive basal diet only.
