Abstract
This study has included thirty cases of Pcistwenc’pnnsnt females presenting to the outpaLient clinic of obstetrics and gynecology clinic in Menofia university .
The complaint was involuntary leakage of urine . The mean age was 62 ± 2.5 year . All patients were subjected to systematic history taking , generaL examination and local gynecological examination Patients with evident neurological disease and / or genital descent are excluded from the study All patients were subjected to routine laboratory inves— t igations including : Ih c oncc .‘lr.’t i on ,i hi si : cam u r inc ann I — sis and fasting and P.P.B.S.
The thirty candidates has fulfilled the folluwing st-ti’r— tion criteria (a) Those with pure history of stress urinary incontinence(b) Demonstrative positive Bonney’s test
(c) Demonstrative leakage of urine with cough(d) No evident neurological disease and / ox geni tat dc’sccn(e) No abnormalities in laboratory Findings . ( to exclude cases of uncontrolled D.M and cnsc•s ol unlrc’ated cyslitis
