المستخلص Three cases of two-level atom models are studied as follows; Case 1: a two-level atom resonantly driven by a laser field and damped by spontaneous emission. Case 2: a two-level atom driven by a coherent laser field and damped by a finite-bandwidth squeezed vacuum. Case 3: a two-level atom driven by a laser field and damped into a ”tailored” reservoir. Comparisons between the two different models of case 2 and case 3 are presented. The similarities and differences of both reservoirs of the two different models have been explained through some calculations, such as the atomic inversion and the von Neumann entropy. By changing some parameters in case 2 and case 3, we have obtained the results of the normal vacuum case (case 1). All the results are represented by a variety of figures with different parameters; some of these results are new. |
