Abstract
this study was conducted to 35 patients with 46 impalpable testes after examination under general anesthesia, their age ranged from 1-30 years .
all patients were subjected to diagnostic laparoscopy and according to the results of diagnostic laparoscopy the subsequent steps in management \\ crc determined either by orchiopexy orchidectomy, or confirmation of absence of fhe testis and therefore, termination of the procedure. Ope,aiirc n’a/uat!on (as operation time, and lnlraoperative complications) was done for all performed procedures. Blind ending vas (intra—abdominal vanishing testis). 3. No vas, no vessels, and no testis (testicular agenesis). 4. Vas and vessels entering the deep inguinal ring.
