Abstract
commonly elicited features among patients with SBP occurring, in the majority of them.
Hepatic encephalopathy, upper gastrointestinal bleeding and tense ascites were significantly detected in patients with SBP.
The peripheral haemogram revealed the presence of significantly higher peripheral leucocytic count among patients with SBP.
