Abstract
Despite high vaccination coverage, measles is still considered as an endemic diseases in Egypt particularly among school children .
The present study was designated to estimate the immune status against measles in vaccinated children at 4 years of age,
Measles specific IgG antibodies were measured using ELISA technique in 68 children from Menofiya
Governorate who received 2 doses of measles vaccine at
9 and 18 months of age.
The children were divided into 3 age groups . - Group (1) included 35 children from 42 to 48 months of age .
