Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of pollen grains on blood glucose and some other physiological parameters as relative weight of the organs , blood lipids , liver .functions, kidney functions, serum minerals iron indices and immunity . The studied materials consisted of pollen grains that have been bought from and prepared for the experimental purpose . 6.0 male albino rats ( Sprague Dawley stain ) are used in this study . Rats were divided into two groups (normal and diabeticAdult albino rats of an average weight (100 - 120) g. and age (45 days) . Divided into 5 groups , 6 rats in each group .. .
Adult diabetic albino rats of an average weight (100- 120)g. and age (45 days). Divided into 5 groups , 6 rats each group .The same design of diets was prepared for both normal and diabetic rats
