Abstract
A power ongineer is required to present electrical energy to consumers at reasonable technical standards of reliability and continuity . in addition , the cost of supply of energy has to be the minimum possible .in this effedt great advances towards longer and more efficient generating units , high voltage transmission and interconnection of power systems have taken place.
