Abstract The use of the pesticides to control the public health pests has rapidly increased in the last few years. The pests were known as one of the most important way to transmit the human diseases. That focus the importance to study their residues in different materials around us which had a direct contact with human and may cause serious hazardous to human health and created a pollution problem to our environment. So, this study was directed to focus the efficiency speed of some pesticides, the pyrethroid (Gokilaht, Solfac, Delta Kill and K-Othrin) and the organ ophosphorus pesticides (Neocidol and Malathion) to control american cockroaches, Periplanfffa americana which can transmit some diseases to man. The determination of german cockroaches, Bfattella germanica and mosquitoes larvae density was also studied after using two application methods. On the other hand this study was directed to evaluate a simple and rapid determination methods for detecting the pesticides residues in different samples which had a direct contact with human like ceramic, thermal tiles, texlure (cotton, wool), unpaintcd wood, glass, grass and water, at intervals with time after different applications methods. And to study the side effects of these pesticides on some enzymes activities (cholinesterase, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase). |
