Abstract
Nowadays interferon - x drug is used freely in the treatment of many viral diseases and some tumors, so the aim of this work is to study the following : 1- The histological and histochemical changes, which follow interferon-alpha injection in some of the vital body organs ( heart, liver, kidney and spleen) 2- The possible reversible changes, which appear after withdrawal of the drug.
