Abstract
The aim of this work is to study TNF-a and sCD14 levels and their diagnostic value in neonatal sepsis the present study included 30 patients suffering clinical signs of neonatal sepsis with proven positive blood culture and other 10 normal subjects of matched age and sex to serve as refernce group.
