Abstract
This study has attempted to evalutate the role of power doppler sonography PDS in the evaluation of patient with suspected vascular erectile dysfunctions together with estimation of cavernous blood nitric oxide synthasse activity which is an important enzyme needed for penile erection. This study included 60 patients who were subjected to the following : - Thorough history taking- Physical examination - Intracorporeal injection(ICI) of vasoactive drugs.- Determination of cavernous blood nitric oxide synthase ( NOS) activity.
