Abstract
The aim of this work is to evaluate the roie of computed tomography in thoracic injuries and to compare its findings with the results of conventional radiography. This study included forty patients 36 males and 4 females admitted to the tanta university hospital suffering from chest trauma. Every patient in this study was snbjected to the following : 1- full clinical examination. 2- Laboratory investigation.
