Abstract
The role of ultrsonography in the evaluation of infertile male. This study included 75 infertile patients. These patients have been dinided into two subgroups, azoospermic group ( 18 patients ) and oligo and / or asthenozoospermic group ( 57 patients ). These patients have been evaluated by : history taking, physical examinations, laboratory investigations, scrotal duplex ultrasonography and transrectal ultrasonography. Additional investigation including TRUS guided aspiration of seminal vesicles and vasography were done in selected cases.
