Abstract
Lymphadenopathy is an important clinical problem as it helps in early diagnosis and management of a wide varity of diseases, ranging from simple infections to fatal neoplasia. Every patient presenting with lymph nodal enargement should be evaluated individually. Each sign and \ or symptom should be considered with great care and respect.
